簡介 Description
又名江某，樹高可達20公尺，樹皮青灰褐色，具皮孔。葉為互生掌狀複葉，長橢圓形小葉6-13片，叢生於枝條先端。偏白色的木材質軟而輕，常做為木屐、冰棒棍、冰淇淋的小木匙、火材棒、便當盒等物之主要原料，亦是庭院造景的樹木。冬季是重要的蜜源植物。
The species can grow up to 20 meters tall. The bark is green-greyish brown with lenticels. The palmately compound leaves are alternately arranged with 6-13 oblong leaflets, in clusters at the apex of branches. Its whitish wood is soft and light, and the main material for clogs, popsicle sticks, small wooden spoons for ice cream, matchsticks, lunch boxes, etc. It is good specimen tree for garden landscaping and the important nectariferous plant in winter.
