簡介 Description：
中低海拔溪旁常綠喬木，樹高可達40公尺。葉芽和新葉為橙紅色，大型長橢圓狀葉片互生，長 15~25 公分。灰褐色樹皮具暗紅條斑。樹皮可做線香材料，木材淡紅褐色，可用於建築、傢具、樂器、雕刻。Evergreen trees. Distributed at river banks of the middle and low altitude areas. The species can grow up to 40 meters in height. Its leaf buds and new leaves are orange-red. The large oblong leaves are 15-25 cm long and alternately arranged. The greyish brown bark with dark red streaks can be used as incense material. The light reddish brown wood is used for construction, carving, making furniture and music instruments.
